How is the page count calculated?
Each A4 side counts as one side. A 4-page document printed single-sided is 4 sides; double-sided on 2 sheets is still 4 sides for pricing.
What is the difference between Tracked 24 and First Class?
Both typically arrive the next working day. Tracked 24 adds online tracking so you can follow your letter's journey. First Class has no tracking.
